The Return of a Professional Wingwoman: Revamping My Date Coaching Services for 2024
Whether you’re learning to approach someone in a social setting, working on your body language, or just trying to feel more comfortable in your own skin, I’m here to help.
PRESSWINGWOMANDATE COACH
Back in 2012, I had the opportunity to be interviewed by The Berkshire Eagle for an article titled "Agencies Help Men Learn How to Approach Women", where I shared insights into my work as a professional wingwoman and date coach. While the article was written over a decade ago, the challenges people face in dating and social interactions remain as relevant today as they were back then—if not more so, given our increasingly digital world.
What’s changed?
Back in 2012, dating apps were still relatively new, and people were only starting to navigate the complexities of digital dating. Today, apps dominate the dating scene, but many people—both men and women—still struggle with in-person interactions. My job is to help them overcome those challenges, whether it's approaching someone at a social event or building confidence for a date.
Reclaiming My Space as a Wingwoman and Date Coach
For those who don’t know me, I’ve been featured in Elle, Essence, and the now-acquired HowAboutWe dating site for my work in the dating industry. My professional journey has always focused on helping people build genuine connections, whether in dating or socializing.
After taking a pause to build other businesses and travel, I’ve gained a broader understanding of social dynamics across various cultures and cities. Now, in 2024, I’m returning to my roots as a professional wingwoman and date coach—with some new services to offer. Over the years, I’ve noticed an increasing number of clients struggling with social anxiety, which is why I’ve developed a service specifically for that, in addition to my traditional offerings.
The Rise of Social Anxiety—and How I Help
As I traveled and worked with a diverse range of people, one trend became clear: social anxiety is more prevalent than ever. Even before the pandemic, our reliance on technology and online communication had already made face-to-face interactions more challenging for many people. Today, I see it even more in my clients.
People are nervous about attending events alone, initiating conversations, or even knowing how to engage in a meaningful way. This issue affects both men and women, and it cuts across all demographics—whether you’re in your twenties, newly divorced, or re-entering the dating scene after a long-term relationship.
That’s why my 2024 relaunch includes a new service focused specifically on anxiety-busting. Whether you’re learning to approach someone in a social setting, working on your body language, or just trying to feel more comfortable in your own skin, I’m here to help.
